Public Disclosure of Tax Valuation 2025

The City of Watertown completed a revaluation of all real and personal property, which is done every five years. Currently all proposed property values are accessible on the Assessor's webpage. If you wish to obtain a copy of your property record card, please call the Assessor’s Office, and one will be provided to you. The Assessor’s Office number is 617-972-6410.

Residential Tax Exemption

The Residential Tax Exemption reduces the bill of qualified taxpayers by excluding a fixed value from the annual assessment. In Fiscal Year 2025 the Residential Exemption saved qualified taxpayers $3,707.91.
